Aidan is Senior Consultant with Flow Group. He works with organisations to radically change how they interact and engage with each other.
Aidan is passionate about transformation of all kinds. He has evolved in his own career after a life as a professional rugby player with over 100 caps (Leinster, Toulouse and Ireland). Aidan has worked in transformation for digital, innovation and culture and leadership.
He developed the digital eco-system for Communicorp Radio Group, served as Head of Innovation for RTE (National broadcaster), worked as an Innovation Consultant for Global innovation consultancy Katawave and sat on the board of the Irish Internet Association.
He developed and lectures on a module called “Emerging Technology Trends” in Trinity College Business School, ranked 1st in Ireland and in the top 100 globally. Aidan was recently awarded the prestigious Teaching Excellence Award.
Aidan is also the host and founder of the Global Innovation Show, broadcast on RTE, Finland’s Business FM and listened to all over the globe. The show counts Bill Gates as a listener and advocate of the show. Aidan is also the writer of The Thursday Thought weekly blog.
As a Senior Consultant at Flow Group, Theresa Nanigian is involved in delivering client initiatives that involve coaching, as well as, developmental/skill building workshops and comprehensive culture change programmes. Her approaches and tools used in the latter formats for advancing executives’ competencies in multiple realms such as effective communication and innovation, are also put to use during coaching sessions with clients.
Theresa quickly establishes credibility and trust with executives, not only due to her coaching skills, but also her background in line management, strategic consulting and new business development. This wealth of corporate experience (e.g., SVP position in American Express with full line responsibility for running a 600+ staff technology division; strategic management consulting at McKinsey & Company) demonstrates to clients an ability to directly relate to the employee development, financial, competitive, strategic and time management pressures and challenges facing executives.

Orla Scott specialises in organisational development, learning and transformational change for teams, leaders and individuals.
Having worked at senior level across financials services and not for profit organisations, Orla understands the importance of designing and encouraging a strong culture which unlocks enduring solutions and contributes to employee’s higher engagement.
She believes that by partnering with businesses and challenging the status quo, that together, individuals can unlock unique insights into complex issues and increase performance, saving both time and money.
Her special areas of interest are Team Dynamics, Resilience and Conversational Intelligence. Over the last 20 years Orla has developed unique skills in change management, mergers and acquisitions and leadership development. She has facilitated and designed several programmes in these areas and has actively participated in many change processes as a Senior HR Manager.
Orla is an experienced Coach with over 15 years’ experience in this field and a Coach Supervisor since 2013.
Her most recent assignments for Flow Group are Team Leadership and Leadership Workshops for UCD and Leading Teams Workshops for Rehabcare. She is also carrying out one to one coaching as part of the Rehabcare Leadership Programme.
Paul Dicker is a professional trainer, facilitator and executive coach. He specialises in the development and delivery of a variety of training programmes primarily in the areas of leadership, management and personal improvement.
Paul has over 30 years of commercial experience in both London and Dublin working within financial services and consulting environments.
Certified in Insights Discovery, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Life Styles Indicator (LSI).
Niall recently joined Flow as our new Office Manager. His job is to distil our facilitators’ big ideas into workable actions.
Most recently Niall worked on the Fundraising Team in Make-A-Wish Ireland, where he spent 2 years managing major projects and client relations.
Niall loves to travel and has only 2 continents left to tick off his list; South America and Antarctica. He visited Africa for the first time in 2019 when he spent 5 weeks volunteering in rural Uganda.
Niall finds Flow in long-distance running, which acts as his exercise, meditation, and therapist all rolled into one
Kate will always take the time to truly understand your aspirations and challenges and transform them into personalized and enjoyable development experiences. She has been a key member of the Flow team since 2005.
Kate holds a Communication Studies Degree and Masters in Education Training & Management. She is also accredited to facilitate Human Synergistics development tools and holds an ICT training diploma. Her authenticity combined with her passion to share her knowledge and life stories with her clients will always keep you engaged and focused.
Living in north county Dublin, Kate enjoys treading the boards with her local musical theatre group, photography and visiting art galleries with her family.
John has 12 years experience in the Professional Services industry, working with PwC. John, a qualified chartered accountant, was responsible for leading teams on the audits of Investment Funds’ clients, some with valuations of over $4 billion, in his four years as an auditor.
During the subsequent eight years, John went on to hold senior roles in the firm with a focus on people and business development. As part of this brief, John designed, lead and facilitated training programmes locally in Ireland and across Europe.
John designed and lead the delivery of an internal programme, focussed on building relationships, to 1,100 staff in PwC Ireland. John was a central member of a facilitation team that delivered a training course to over 500 high-performing PwC staff across Europe on how to become a distinctive advisor, with a particular emphasis on communications skills.
In 2016 John set up Inspo, a people dynamics business. Through Inspo, he is currently advising organisations in the Professional Services, Technology and Healthcare sector to drive quality and high performance across their organisation.
Stephen comes to Flow Group with a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years experience in the business arena. His natural entrepreneurial flair, led him to establish his first IT Company in his early 20’s. He has held a variety of senior positions in the business world combining his commercial acumen with a natural flair for understanding human nature. With 10 years experience in various strands of behavioural science he is a natural communicator.
Steve leads an “anything is possible” life: Enthusiastic, ingenious and infectious, he challenges and supports you to continually grow through rich analysis and a drive for practical & demonstrable results.
A student of Philosophy, Psychology, Design and Mindfulness, Steve has a Masters in Business and is a qualified Human Synergistics accredited LSI & GSI consultant. He has lectured in University College Dublin, set up a large school for entrepreneurs, written a book, and self-built a number of houses.
In his free time, when Steve is not travelling way off the beaten track, he could be paragliding, volunteering or designing illusions and special effects for theatre and theme parks.
Angus joined Flow after 20 years of business experience in the IT world, 10 at director level. In the 'third phase' of his career, his aspiration is to impact as many as possible with the truths of good leadership practice, mixing the theory with experience. He heads up our operation in Northern Ireland.
He is also Chairman of 'Habitat for Humanity Northern Ireland', and in recent years has led Habitat teams to build houses in Africa and Central America. Hang around him too long and you may find yourself on the next team!
After being a client of Flow for 10 years, Robert was so impressed with 'our purpose' and 'ways of working' that he decided the only way to spend more time with us was to join us!
Robert calls on the skills and expertise he gained working in multinationals as a senior manager to compliment the programs he delivers. Robert also has a passion for coaching, both business and personal and is a member of the Irish Coach Institute.
A qualified yacht-master who spends the off-season working on his boat and the summer season sailing to far flung lands. He is just as comfortable under the water and spends the occasional weekend scuba diving with the Drogheda Sub aqua Club.
